9.25.25 UPDATE – SPECIAL NOTICE: The future of short term rentals* within Cordwood Point is pending a membership vote on a proposed change to the Declaration of Restrictions. Until such time, current owners and prospective buyers with the intent of renting their homes should proceed with caution. Association Members have been mailed details of a Declaration of Restrictions Amendment Proposal along with, for those that cannot attend, a Mail-In Ballot. Once a final resolution is made, the Association Bylaws and Restrictions governing documents will be amended accordingly. Thank you.
*Short-term rentals are defined as the rental or use of a building customarily used as a dwelling
for a period of less than (30) days by an individual, by one or more families, or by a group of
individuals who are not the legal owners of the dwelling. A short-term rental shall not be occupied
by the owner of the building during the period of such rental or use.
